Trusting the process of life


We learned to breath before we knew what life is. But we are least aware of that activity that keeps us alive. “Breathing” is that which gives us life. Are you even noticing that? Noticing is the least that we can do to respect that basic function that’s life. Isn’t noticing breathing easier than planning?

And Is it easier to plan or not to plan? In fact we need so much intelligence and thinking to plan whereas we need to do nothing not to plan. So shouldn’t it be easier not to plan?? But how come it’s the other way round for us? So strange. We all want to do nothing. But when there comes a time when all you have to do is nothing but trust the process of life, we can’t sit still.

Is it so difficult to just notice yourself breath and trust yourself??

Being Present to process of breathing... for certain period in a day allows to get present to the life process and simple to put breathing doesn't create existential crisis though insecurities created leads us to different forms of crisis. Just inhale and exhale let us experience this process in a profound way ....... Cheers.

  2. Breathing consciously, which is termed as Pranayama. Deep breathing is very healthy and has lot of benefits.. Also, breathing thru left or right nostril is very significant on our health... Breathing thru left activates Chandranadi and right, Suryanadi.. By balancing this we can keep away many of the ailments and be healthy.. Conscious breathing lowers the number of thoughts, thus reducing clutter of thoughts resulting in mindfulness or mental alertness.. We can really enjoy present moments... Happy living...
